一、检查反馈，导入新课。

检查课前找出的从句是否正确，并纠正错误。

二、目标定位，确定重点。

1. 会分析句子成分，理解表语从句的含义及其在句中的位置。

2. 掌握表语从句引导词的用法，并熟练做题。

名词性从句：在句子中起名词作用的句子叫名词性从句。

名词性从句在复合句中能担任：主语、宾语(介词宾语)、表语、同位语，因此，根据它在句中不同的语法功能，可分为：主语从句、宾语从句、表语从句和同位语从句。

引导名词性从句词有：

表语从句：在复合句中作主句的表语。

结构是“主语+系动词+表语从句”。

可以接表语从句的连系动词有 be, look, remain, seem等等。

1. that在引导表语从句时，无含义，不作成分，通常不省。

The fact is that he is lying.

Our belief is that things will improve.

2. whether引导表语从句，表“是否”,不充当句子的成分。

  His first question was whether Holmes had arrived yet.

The question is whether people will buy it.

3.连接代词引导的表语从句。

①what在表语从句中充当主语，宾语，表语。

表示“什么，什么样子，或所…的（人或事）”

  The question is what caused the accident.             

  This is what I want.

②who 在表语从句中充当主语，宾语，表语。表示“谁”

  The problem is who could do the work

  The question is who can be chosen to be manager of the firm.

③which 在引导表语从句时,常充当定语，表语。表示“哪一个”.

  My question is which of them is better.

4.连接副词引导的表语从句。

当表语从句中主语、宾语、表语具备，但是还是要表示疑问含义，可以判断句子中缺少状语，常常用相应的特殊疑问词引导，有why, when, where, how等

  This is how he did it.

  That is why the brothers wanted to make a bet.

  The problem seemed how we could make him understand it.

5. as if, as though引导的表语从句，表示“好像”。句子中的系动词常用look, appear, seem等。

It looks as if it was doing to rain.

注意：①句型一：The reason why…is that … ……的原因是……

句型二：It ( This, That ) is because…这是因为……

句型三：It ( This, That ) is why…这是……的原因

The reason why he failed is that he didn’t work hard.

It is because I didn’t know this news.

②名词性从句的词序与陈述句语序相同，尤其注意那些由连接代词who(m), whose, which, what 和连接副词 when, where, why 等引导的名词性从句，不要受它们在特殊疑问句中用法的影响而误用疑问句词序。如：Why was she crying? 她为什么在哭？

I don’t know why he was crying. 我不知道她为什么哭。

强调表语从句引导词注意事项：

1. that引导表语从句时不能省.

2. if不能引导表语从句.

3.除that外的所有引导词都有自己的意义。

4. 除that, whether外的所有引导词都须在从句中充当相应成分。
